Win2PDF

Ran across an interesting app today, Win2PDF.  It's a free PDF printer, that seems to fix Revit 2010's raster PDF/print issues.  At least mostly.  It *does* add an extra page to the output saying it was made with the free version of Win2PDF, but for $69 you can get the Pro version that doesn't do that, as well as has more features.

One handy feature of even the free one is that when printing you can tell it to append or prepend to existing files.  Very nice if you don't have Acrobat to combine files later.

They also have a PDF editor for $99.  Far sight cheaper than Acrobat, and looks to be Ghostscript powered.
